- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Products damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.
- Customized or altered products cannot be returned

- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Subject to stock availability.

- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
